Leisure

The service sector, including leisure, whilst increasing its dominance of the UK economy, has also attracted increased levels of litigation. Claims can be broadly categorised into industrial injuries, food safety issues, public liability, robberies and accidents involving leisure equipment. We work for many organisations in both the public and private sector including children’s theme parks, international hotel chains, local authority leisure centres, national catering suppliers, public houses and restaurant chains.
