Catastrophic injury

BLM is uniquely placed to handle £multi-million claims for catastrophic injury. We have dedicated and experienced teams in each of our eight nationwide offices, all having a high level of expertise. The lead partners all have many years' experience and are recognised experts in this field, being individually instructed by leading insurers.

We acted in the first case involving a structured settlement, some of the first cases involving periodical payments and are signatories to the code of best practice on rehabilitation. BLM understands the unique difficulties and challenges posed by such cases. Our preference is to work as part of a team with our insurance clients from a very early stage of the claim.
